Ellie, from Herndon VA, called me last week and asked if it was ok to pay off her car loan two years early.
Ellie had filed Chapter 7 with me in 2019. She kept her car with NFCU and now she wanted to pay it off early.
I told her "no problem" and "that's great that you have five thousand saved for an early payoff on the car." She told me she had gotten a promotion and that her credit score was now about 750.
